Last month it occurred to me that while I’ve written about restaurants in other cities I’ve never written about any of the ones here where we live. So, I have decided to change that and I’m starting off with Urban Bricks Pizza Company.
Urban Bricks Pizza opened up last month at The Rim. I was really excited when I heard about this place because it sounded very similar to a pizza place we ate in Kansas City that we loved.
